Permit - Hot Work - Concrete

This permit is required for any hot work in, on, or adjacent to a concrete structure. Unless there is a specific requirement by the Insurance Warranty for the project to abide by the conditions of the Wood Frame version of the permit, this version can be used at a Townhouse or Apartment project up until assembly of wood frame structures commences. For example, it can be used during the construction of a concrete parkade up until the first baseplate of the building gets laid down.
