Swing Stages

Workers assigned to operate a swing stage must be trained and authorized to operate such equipment by their employer.

All swing stages and associated equipment must be thoroughly inspected before each use on each shift and defective equipment, where found, must not be used.

Records of these inspections must be documented on a record specific to each swing stage and copies of these inspection records be maintained on the job site.
