Inspection Record - Washroom Facilities

OHS Regulation 20.3.2 requires that a construction site must have a sufficient number of toilets (flush or chemical) readily available for workers and that there is a record of inspection for at least the most recent 30 days. This worksheet can be used to meet that requirement. Documented records of the inspection of washroom facilities should take place every week.
